Registration

- Membership is chargeable and compulsory for any registration to workshops or holiday courses at BeeLingue Academy.
- The registration fee of 30 € will be invoiced for each annual registration or semi-annual subscription. The fees are non-refundable even in the event of termination of membership for whatever reason.
- Registration for annual courses is valid from September 14 to August 31 of the following year inclusive. Any renewal for the following period, reduces the costs to 20 €.

Validation of registration.
- A complete file and the payment of the first monthly payment must be submitted to BeeLingue Academy in order to validate your registration. The file contains:
- The completed registration form
- Internal regulations dated and signed
- Payment of registration fees
- The first monthly payment

Cancellation or interruption conditions
Membership: Membership fees are non-refundable even in the event of termination of membership for whatever reason.
Subscriptions: no reimbursement is provided for in the event of absence under subscriptions for any reason.
Package: no reimbursement is provided for in the event of absence under a package for any reason.
Anniversary deposit: any 50% deposit is only refundable if the cancellation is made 2 weeks before the anniversary date.
Whatever the formula, in the event of non-compliance by the Client with its obligations arising from the General Conditions of Sale and the Operating Rules of the Center, and despite a dialogue that has not been effective, BeeLingue Academy reserves the right to terminate the membership at any time without any compensation or reimbursement being due to the Client. BeeLingue Academy reserves the right to cancel a service for any reason, in particular if the minimum number of participants is not reached. If applicable, the service will be rescheduled or, failing that, will be reimbursed.

Insurance and Liability
- BeeLingue Academy has taken out professional “civil liability” insurance. However, it is the parents' responsibility to take out civil liability insurance before participating in any services.

Protection of personal data and confidentiality
- All information communicated is treated with the strictest confidentiality. In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law of January 6, 1978 amended in 2004, the Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him. Registration

Whichever inscription plan you enroll for, kindly note that in case of failure to respect by the rules and regulations enlisted above, and in spite of a dialogue remained eneffective, BeeLingue Academy reserves the right to cancel at any time the inscription without any refund or compensation . BeeLingue Academy reserves the right to cancel a workshop on any motive, in particular if the minimum number of participants is not reached. Where necessary, the workshop will be reschedules or in defect will be refunded.

Insurance and responsibility
- BeeLingue Academy has signed up a professional insurance "Civil liability". However, it is up to the parents to sign a third-party insurace before any participation to workshops.
